Absolutely fantastic items! We're really pleased with our 3.6-meter gate. There was a little issue with the delivery service, but Nikki from Ruby's customer support handled it like a pro. They even sorted out a refund for the wrong gate hardware I mistakenly ordered in no time. Big thanks to Ruby for an awesome product and top-notch customer service, plus all-around professionalism.

We just got our big hardwood gates for the driveway installed by our carpenter, and they look stunning. They're crafted so well, and the wood has such a gorgeous hue. I just oiled them up, and wow, they really shine. Big thanks to Ruby group for providing such a fantastic product and getting it to us quickly. Plus, your sales team was super helpful, and we even managed to score a sweet discount to outdo one of your rivals—can't ask for more than that! I'd totally recommend Ruby gates, no doubt about it.

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic and the prices are really reasonable. I purchased a garden gate from Ruby Group, but there was a delivery mix-up and I received the wrong size. I called their super friendly and helpful customer service team, and they were quick, professional, and sent out the correct gate the very same day. The gate itself, even though it was the least expensive option I found, is well constructed. I did notice that the tongue and groove boards were just nailed together, so I added some screws to make it more durable (which I’d prefer over spending a couple hundred more on a gate from another company). Plus, it came pre-treated, so I didn’t have to rush to seal it before putting it up. I’ll definitely be shopping at Ruby Group again. Awesome company, awesome folks, and great products!

I've tried Ruby before and was really happy with their service and the quality of what they offer. Just got a 4ft x 3ft gate that’s going into a barn for my pig pen, and it’s fantastic. Picked up some sturdy black hinges to match, and it looks great! I’ll definitely be returning for more!

I ordered some fence caps and they showed up really fast, especially considering the shipping was free. Sadly, they were the wrong size, my mistake, so I had to send them back. Tyla at Ruby UK quickly responded to my email asking about how to handle the return and get my money back. I sent the items back but forgot to include the delivery note for reference. I shot another email explaining my mistake. Tyla got back to me saying it was no issue, and I've now received a notification that my refund has been processed. All of this happened just two days after I mailed the items back via 2nd class. Truly remarkable customer support! Thanks a ton, Ruby UK, and a special shoutout to Tyla!

This is an update on my previous Ruby review. The Ruby Group has handled my complaint in a truly commendable way. They’ve issued a significant refund, but more importantly, as a family-run business, they seem genuinely upset about the poor service I received. They’re set to discuss my situation at the highest levels next week, and I truly believe they’ll take any suggestions from the top brass seriously to enhance customer experience, particularly regarding delivery notifications. This feels like a real commitment to quality assurance, and I’m quite impressed. So, I’m changing my rating.

We got a little fence put up by a nearby builder, but the gate had to be a specific size. I first chatted with the Sales team at Ruby on 18/5/22, explained what we needed, and was asked to follow up with an email. The gate showed up at 09:30 this morning, 25/5/22. Fantastic service!

I just got my hands on 60 lengths of shiplap larch. There was a bit of a hold-up with the delivery, but hey, these are tough times. Big shoutout to customer service, especially Tyla, for keeping me in the loop. The tracking was straightforward, and it showed up right on time. The quality of the larch boards is solid, though a couple had minor damage, but it’s nothing that can’t be fixed. They suggested ordering extras since edges can get banged up and splits might happen during the build. Overall, a solid buy and a reliable company.

You really get a lot for your money here (products, service, and delivery). The folks on their chat line know their stuff. We picked the wrong gate, and they swapped it out for another at no extra cost. Definitely worth a shoutout!

Five stars just don't cut it! I reached out to sales and got a quick response from James, who provided clear and straightforward answers to all my queries. Now, I'm no DIY expert, believe me, but I explained what I needed, and he was fantastic. He sent over everything I required along with the prices, and let me tell you, the prices were amazing! I placed my order last week, and it arrived ahead of schedule this morning. Darel, the delivery driver, was super friendly and polite. I can’t recommend Ruby enough; from beginning to end, I’m completely happy with the whole experience. I ordered 4 slat fence panels, but when they arrived, they weren't quite what I expected. I reached out to them to arrange a pickup, and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch throughout the whole process. Nikki, the representative I spoke with, was super polite and professional, making sure the panels were scheduled for collection. I definitely won't think twice about buying from this company again.

Fantastic service! Darel Richards brought the timber right on schedule. He's got a really friendly vibe and is surely a great addition to his team. The wood I got seems to be of high quality and just what I wanted. Still, Darel turned what could've been a regular drop-off into something special. Definitely recommend!

I purchased a new side gate along with some posts. I was really impressed by the variety of widths available since I needed a gate that was narrower than usual. I opted for the framed feather edge and couldn't be happier. It's strong, sturdy, and priced just right! The delivery was prompt (took a week) and free of charge! Especially nice compared to other companies that quoted 4 weeks and charged extra. The customer service was quick to respond and super helpful when I needed to leave instructions for delivery since I wouldn't be around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’d definitely recommend it!
